Start with the symptom you can see, then stay inside one evidence layer until its questions are answered. Endpoint behavior, PointWarden execution, and receiver delivery can fail independently.
Test Request or Check fails
Follow Test Request or Check fails to verify public-target, DNS, standard-port, timeout, accepted-status, redirect, and method behavior.
Pending, Coverage, or No Data
Follow Pending persists, Coverage falls, or No Data appears to ask whether PointWarden produced current Scheduled Check evidence without counting missing evidence as Endpoint failure.
Notifier or receiver delivery
Follow A receiver Delivery is missing, Retrying, or Failing to compare subscriptions, verification, lifecycle, Test Delivery evidence, production Delivery Health, and receiver responses.
